WHY LOOK AT THE HM-1500N?

A different fit
for high-power modules.

The HM-1500N is a four-input microinverter with two MPPTs and two inputs per MPPT. Hoymiles’ technical Q&A; confirms that the two inputs on each side of its four-input/two-MPPT models are connected in parallel internally. In the paired-input configuration, one compatible high-power module uses each input pair.

Two 720 W modules provide 1,440 W of DC nameplate capacity. The HM-1500N converts their output into grid-connected AC power, with separate MPPT tracking for the two paired-input groups.

Manufacturer-confirmed application. Hoymiles has confirmed paired-input operation and warranty coverage to NC Solar Electric. Coverage remains subject to the applicable warranty terms, compatible module specifications and the approved installation method.

Below 60 V means the maximum open-circuit voltage under the coldest design conditions, not simply the panel’s normal operating voltage. Do not series-connect two large modules to one input.
