Plan a larger systemEquipment only. Final quotes confirm availability, freight, tax, required accessories, mounting, wiring, permits, installation and commissioning. The larger package uses two equal battery stacks and supports up to 23 kW combined continuous output at 240 V, subject to system design. Whole-home backup does not mean every load can run at once; we review starting loads, load management and runtime with you.
*Usable energy is the manufacturer’s beginning-of-life figure under stated test conditions. Delivered AC energy and runtime vary with conversion losses, temperature, reserve settings and household loads. No solar panels or EV charging module are included.

Sigen LoadHub US
The backup interface and load management hub connects your SigenStor system to the home. It supports whole-home or partial-home backup layouts, with two dedicated controller connections and five controllable load ports.

We offer Sigenergy for professionally installed projects. Your consultation covers equipment, installation scope, commissioning and the requirements that protect your warranty.
Sigenergy’s US warranty requires installation by a certified installation company and a professional who has completed its installer training. If you intend to install the system yourself, speak with Todd before ordering so certification and warranty eligibility can be confirmed.
The US limited warranty lists 10-year coverage for the controller, batteries and LoadHub, subject to its conditions and exclusions. Battery coverage also has capacity-retention, throughput and internet-connectivity conditions. See the full terms below.
